Adventure Tools is a mod that adds new items for adventurers, designed to facilitate certain tasks, improve the player’s comfort and make certain tasks a little easier than they are in a predefined way. Let’s see some examples of what will allow us to manufacture this mod.

With this mod installed, we can make a mining helmet, with flashlight or front, which will illuminate wherever you look at our character. We can make an explorer hat that will give more defense than a leather helmet, we can also tint part of the hat.
We can also make an object, called Ender Lantern, that will show us where the minerals closest to the position of our character are located. Vast with having said flashlight in the inventory of the character to indicate the exact position of nearby minerals. On the other hand we have the Escape Rope, which will teleport us to the entrance of the cave where we are, in case of emergency.
Escape Rope: Consumable that teleports you to the entrance of the cave you are in.
Recipe
Notes: You must have the rope before entering the cave for it to work. There is a delay before using the rope, to prevent it from being used as an instant teleport. This is changeable in the configs.
Ender Lantern: While in the inventory, reveals nearby ores.

The radius of the lantern is configurable client-side, not server side. This so users may adjust the radius to suit their own computing power, as setting too large a radius can potentially lag those with less powerful computers. To counteract this, the maximum radius can be set server-side.
Mining Helmet: Creates light where the player is looking. Toggle-able by shift-right-clicking in your hand.

Manual Install Instructions
Download Forge above.
Open the Forge installer, choose Install Client, and click OK.
Download Adventure Tools Mods and save it to your desktop.
Windows
Press this button combination: Windows+R
In the window that appears, type %appdata% and press Enter.
Open the .minecraft folder.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Adventure Tools into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!
Mac OS
Press this button combination: ?-Shift-G
Type in ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft and press Enter.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Adventure Tools into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!
