To sleep in Minecraft, you do not have many options: lie in bed, at night, in the normal world. Of course, it is possible to color yours, but it stops there. With Comforts, you will also be able to use sleeping bags and hammocks, which have this advantage, for the first, not to define your spawn point when you sleep in it. Sleeping then simply allows you to spend the night, and destroying your berth no longer makes you risk reappearing in a totally unknown place. Conversely, the hammock only allows you to sleep during the day, to define a new spawn point. These two complementary berths are, in addition, all colorable.

Sleeping bags
Sleeping bags are blocks that act almost like vanilla minecraft beds. You can place them on the floor and right-click on them at night to go to sleep to wake up the day. The only difference is that they are stackable in the inventory (up to 64) and that the use of the sleeping bag does not establish a new point of reappearance. The next time you die, you will reappear in the last bed where you slept, as usual.
Craft:
You can also color it later:
Configuration of the sleeping bag:
Auto Pick-Up Sleeping Bag
Set to true to automatically pick up the sleeping bag after sleep. This will put it in your inventory if a location is available. If your inventory is complete, the item will appear as an object on the floor so you can pick it up.
Auto-Use Sleeping Bag
Set to true to automatically use the sleeping bag once selected. This will check all the usual sleep needs (night, mob nearby etc.) and the space needed to place the sleeping bag on the floor. You can still place the sleeping bag normally by right-clicking instead.
Insulated Sleeping Bags
This is a compatibility feature with the mod Tough as Nails . Set to true to increase the temperature of the player after waking from the sleeping bag. This is only activated if the player’s temperature is below normal. Each 1000 ticks lying in the sleeping bag will increase body temperature from 1 up to a maximum of 10.
Hammock
Hammocks are simple multi-block structures that act the same way as beds in Minecraft vanilla with the difference that they are strictly reserved for napping during the day.
Craft:
You can easily change the color like this:
Build the hammock:
To build a hammock, you need the hammock whose craft is shown above. You also need two sets of ropes and nails (see below) and you need to position two log blocks or planks that are separated by exactly four blocks.
Once you have found a suitable place, place the two sets of ropes and nails on the logs so that they face each other.
Now take your hammock and right click on one of the sets of ropes and nails.
There you go! You are ready to take quality naps even when the weather is nice and the sun shines brightly.
Game of rope and nail
The game of rope and nail is a set that is strictly restricted to the construction of the hammock. There is no use for anything else. The rope and nail set can only be placed on any type of block of wood.
