Durability View is a mod that will add convenience to your Minecraft games, as it adds useful information in the upper right corner of the screen. With this mod installed we can see, more clearly, what is the durability of the pieces of our armor, as well as the weapon or tool that we have in our hands. But not only that, it also adds other useful functions.

In the same place where we see the durability of the elements equipped by the character, we can see a chest and a number. This tells us the number of free boxes we have in the inventory, so we can see if we can continue to mine, or we should go to empty our materials and resources to a chest.
We can also activate an alarm that lets us know when a weapon or tool is below 10% of durability, or see what effects our character has at each moment, among other functionalities.
Manual Install Instructions
Download Forge above.
Open the Forge installer, choose Install Client, and click OK.
Download Durability Viewer Mods and save it to your desktop.
Windows
Press this button combination: Windows+R
In the window that appears, type %appdata% and press Enter.
Open the .minecraft folder.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Durability Viewer into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!
Mac OS
Press this button combination: ?-Shift-G
Type in ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft and press Enter.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Durability Viewer into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!
