Hardcore Armor is a mod that will allow us to make a good amount of new armor sets for our Minecraft character. This mod is actually a complement to the Hardcore Ore mod, so we can manufacture up to twenty-three new sets of armor, all based on the new mineral resources and gems added by the mod.

With this mod we will improve the options of progression when making armor, since in some cases, as for example from the iron armor to the diamond armor there is a big difference, since finding iron is relatively fast, but enough diamonds for make an armor, not so much.
Hardcore Armor Features:
Craft Helmet, ChestPlate, Leggings and Boots using metal ingots and gems found in Hardcore Ore.
Provide early game variety and explore multiple options available to craft armor sets
Give the player more early game options when it comes to crafting armo
Manual Install Instructions
Download Forge above.
Open the Forge installer, choose Install Client, and click OK.
Download Hardcore Armor Mods and save it to your desktop.
Download Hardcore Ore Mods and save it to your desktop.
Windows
Press this button combination: Windows+R
In the window that appears, type %appdata% and press Enter.
Open the .minecraft folder.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Hardcore Armor and Hardcore Ore into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!
Mac OS
Press this button combination: ⌘-Shift-G
Type in ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft and press Enter.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Hardcore Armor and Hardcore Ore into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
