Isles of Leap Maps 1.12.2

Parkour maps have always rocked us since the first versions of Minecraft. Initially very simple, they have seen their complexity increase, through the addition of sprint, command blocks, slime blocks … Here, a981 offers us a homecoming with Isles of Leap.

Nothing new, the purpose of the card is to pass the different levels proposed. However, a981 manages to give a very original side to Isles of Leap both by the constructions and by the narrative side of the map. Indeed, the story is probably one of the simplest and yet, it adds a completely different dimension and your goal is only to “jump platforms into platforms as soon as possible”. Also, the fact of being in the middle of the ocean with structures echoing the ancient civilizations or the various places proposed by Isles of Leap makes the Parkour all the more so.

The difficulty, too, is at the heart of the success of this card. Indeed, rare are the maps of the genre to offer such complicated content, those who are used to doing parkour will be restarted from scratch more than once. Fortunately, a981 gives us access to creative mode, in case we get stuck.

Let’s not forget that a981 is a brand new constructor and took 2 weeks to make the map. I totally recommend Isles of Leap, which will please all players I’m sure!
