Nether Metals is a mod that is responsible for modifying the generation of mineral resources in the Nether dimension. With this mod installed, we can find common Overworld minerals, such as gold, diamond, redstone, lapis lazuli, iron, coal and emerald.

In this way, the mineral resources most used in the game will no longer be owned by Overworld, and will now be part of the Nether dimension. In addition, if we add other mods such as Base Metals , all its mineral resources will be added, too, to the Nether dimension.
Manual Install Instructions
Download Forge above.
Open the Forge installer, choose Install Client, and click OK.
Download Nether Metals Mods and save it to your desktop.
Windows
Press this button combination: Windows+R
In the window that appears, type %appdata% and press Enter.
Open the .minecraft folder.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Nether Metals into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!
Mac OS
Press this button combination: ?-Shift-G
Type in ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft and press Enter.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Nether Metals into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!
