Mob Spawner Control is a mod that will allow us to create and configure generators of creatures, both enemies and animals. With this mod installed, the creator generators will not work permanently, but each creator of creatures can generate a maximum of one hundred entities.

We can take advantage of the generators of creatures that we find and configure them, or create our own generators of creatures, so that they work according to our tastes or needs.
Custom Spawners
This mods lets you define custom spawners in its configuration. Those spawners will be dynamically added as new blocks and use their own config. They act exactly the same as the vanilla one but aren’t affected by the alterVanillaSpawner config option (nbt works the same as well, anything using vanilla spawners should work with those ones). This allows you as a map maker to use as many spawners as you want, each with its own set of rules. Similar to vanilla spawners, they are by default only obtainable through commands. (their id is spawnercontrol:<name>). You can however enable a creative tab for the mod, in which every custom spawner will appear.
How to use Mod
- Install the mod
- On the main menu, click the “mods” button and select “Spawner Control” in the mod list.
- Click “configure” to bring up the config gui
- The vanilla spawner can be configured in the “Vanilla Spawner Config” category
- Every change you do there will affect every mob spawner in your worlds as soon as you exit the GUI
Manual Install Instructions
Download Forge above.
Open the Forge installer, choose Install Client, and click OK.
Download Mob Spawner Control Mods and save it to your desktop.
Windows
Press this button combination: Windows+R
In the window that appears, type %appdata% and press Enter.
Open the .minecraft folder.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Mob Spawner Control into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!
Mac OS
Press this button combination: ?-Shift-G
Type in ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft and press Enter.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Mob Spawner Control into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!
