Lycanite’s Mobs Mods 1.12.2

Lycanite’s Mobs  is responsible for adding a good amount of new demonic creatures to the game, which will be mostly hostile. The creatures of the mod are based on mythological beings and creatures of games like Oddworld, Monster Hunter, Castlevania, Hexen or Doom.

 The new creatures will appear in the world depending on the biome we are in, although sea creatures and creatures can also be generated in the Nether dimension. Although most beings are hostile, some of them will be passive, and we can even domesticate and mount them.

You can tame your very own Warg mount and bind it to you with a Soulstone allowing you to summon and dismiss it at will as well as have it respawn after death! Or perhaps you’d be more interested in created a Summoning Staff or Summoning Pedestal and a Soulgazer, to add each creature you encounter to your Beastiary and then summon it as part of a temporary minion horde, either on the field of battle or at your base to stay guard while you are away or resting!

All the pets have special abilities and most of them you can ride into combat. The new mobs are intense and can easily take you out if you aren’t paying attention!

This Lycanites Mobs Mod is a great addition to your current Minecraft animals.

Most monsters are very dangerous and aggressive, they not the only offense to players but also attack other creatures. However, there are gentle monsters that players can tame and then bred to feed and make food. Sometime mod will have horrible events, such as summoning a swarm of monsters to attack the players, … Moreover, Lycanite’s Mobs Mod creates new types of terrains such as lava… New food and new weapons are manufactured from materials that the monsters drop out.

All the figures of this mod can be customized through config.

 

Manual Install Instructions

Download Forge above.
Open the Forge installer, choose Install Client, and click OK.
Download Lycanite’s Mobs Mods and save it to your desktop.

Windows
Press this button combination: Windows+R
In the window that appears, type %appdata% and press Enter.
Open the .minecraft folder.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Lycanite’s Mobs into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!

Mac OS
Press this button combination: ⌘-Shift-G
Type in ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft and press Enter.
Locate the mods folder. If it doesn’t exist, create it (do not capitalize anything).
Drag Lycanite’s Mobs into the mods folder. If given the opportunity, do not extract them.
Start your Minecraft launcher, change your profile (bottom-left dropdown box) to Forge, and play!
