Souls is a mod for players who like challenges even after death. Indeed, the objective of this mod is quite simple, when you die, a soul will take all your equipment and all you had in your inventory and to recover your stuff, it will attack this soul or steal.

The characteristics of Souls
- When you die, a soul will appear. She will have all your items and will get your armor and your weapon if you had one. You have to kill the soul to get your inventory or you can use the thief’s glove to try to grab it.
Preview of the thief glove
In this example, thanks to the glove, the player has recovered his plastron.
- Souls will attack you only if you attack them, but they will stop attacking you if you die again.
- A soul identifier can be used to display soul information, such as the name of the dead player, the time elapsed since the death of the player, and the number of items held. The identifier can be designed with a book and an ender pearl.
Here, we can see that the dead player is ChaosTheDude, the soul appeared 19 minutes and 44 seconds ago and it has 6 objects of the player.
- The thief’s glove can be used to steal items that the soul has recovered. If the flight fails, the soul will attack you. By default, the glove has a success rate of 10% and has 16 uses that can be reloaded using Ender Pearls. The glove can be found in the coffers of the forges.
- The Souls mod is fully configurable to provide the level of difficulty you want.
