Baroque Village and Sanctuary Maps 1.10

Recent updates deployed by Mojang developers have been a boon for Minecraft map creators. Indeed, the new blocks added have offered many possibilities in terms of cubic construction for our seasoned architects. Among these creators of content, some, more than imagine, prefer to recreate and transpose existing constructions in the real world, enamored that they are of culture and History.

After making different baroque constructions, Xv12commander, a fan of this style, decided to carry out a bigger project: a fully baroque village with a sanctuary. Hence the name of this map “Baroque Village and Sanctuary”.

Do not you see a resemblance in these buildings? It’s normal. This architect was inspired by the style of two cities: Prague, capital of the Czech Republic and Vienna, the capital of Austria. It is for this reason that we can note that the church of St. Charles Borromeo of Vienna is similar to that presented in this realization.

In a more general way, one notices quite easily the very marked style of the map: a profusion of protruding columns, a multitude of rectangular and aligned windows, a certain respect of the geometry, and the colors in the light tones.

Xv12commander has a habit of building churches as well as palaces, which are present in Baroque Village and Sanctuary. This magnificent village and its sanctuary were built on top of a hill, a fantastic place where priests and nobles can live in peace and tranquility.

Through the tall windows of the building you can see the small fountain or the statue of the main square. In this quiet place, many gardens are present. Be careful not to trample the flowers! Once at the top, you will not regret having been breathless by the many steps, as visitors who have had the opportunity to visit this village are delighted.
