Caverns Mod 1.11.2/1.10.2 for Minecraft is a big mod. It changes a lot of available mechanism in Minecraft world where you almost survive on the ground. Instead of concentrating on changing the possible mechanism on ground, Caverns adds so much interestingness with new powerful creatures, novel space, excellent natural resource and high-quality equipment that you just can find it in some particular caves added by this mod!

The vast caves added by Caverns just can be accessed by the player when he or she builds a moving gate. It has the same appearance as the moving gate to Nether, but instead of using Obsidian, the player has to use Moss Stone. After completing the moving gate, the player has right to choose which space he or she will come to like Cavern, Aqua Cavern, Caveland, Ice Cavern, and Ruin Cavern. Each type of space requires an individual Trigger Items include Emerald, Aquamarine, Sapling, Packed Ice và Miner’s Thought Orb.
Obviously, the player is well accustomed to Emerald, Packed Ice, and Spaling, however, Aquamarine is newly added because Cavern can be found in one of other Carven spaces. A rare item, Miner’s Thought Orb, can be obtained when player exploits Randomite Ore. When it is exploited, it will scatter an ore or a random item. However, please be careful with this space dimension because monsters living too much time in darkness are remarkable strong and can kill you whenever! The mod requires Forge Mod Loader and Minecraft version 1.11.2, 1.10.2.
How to install:
- Download Forge Installer, Cavern_1.12-v1.8.9.jar file.
- Right click Forge Installer, Run as Administrator and press OK to install Forge. (You can skip this step if you’ve installed Minecraft Forge)
- Open Start on desktop > Open Run (Or you can use the Windows + R keyboard shortcut)
- Type %appdata% into Run and press enter.
- Go to folder /.minecraft/mods
- Put jar file of the mod you have downloaded into mods folder and then run Minecraft. Done!
